Worst travel agency ever! It's been 3 months and I've yet to hear about compensation for the terrible hotels they subjected us to on our trip to Italy. One of them, The Torino Hotel, had a room so small it made my closet look big! Not only that, the mattress was so old that we felt every spring and would have slept on the floor if we had a floor to sleep on! The mattress even had a nail in it that cut my husbands hand. The instructions for taking the rail (or I should say "lack of instructions") made for a stressful time. We were also fined for not getting our Cinque De Terre tickets stamped for being ill-informed.
My trip to Italy with Central Holidays was the best vacation I have ever taken. Everything about the trip was outstanding including the hotels, the meals, the tours and the service we received. Our tour guide, Sergio, was outstanding. I highly recommend Central Holidays for a tour of Italy.
